Dalia belongs to the Primecup Collection for its comforting balance of chocolate, panela and orange. Grown at 1,750 meters in the mountains of Antioquia, it brings together gentle fruit character, balanced sweetness and a silky body.
The experience
Its aroma and flavor reveal notes of chocolate, orange and panela. Medium-high acidity gives the cup freshness, while its silky, medium-full body creates a balance between lightness and creaminess.

Process
Dalia is processed using the washed method, followed by 22 hours of fermentation. The coffee is sun-dried on patios and raised drying beds for approximately one week.
Its medium-dark roast is developed for approximately 14–19 minutes at temperatures between 150°C and 200°C.
